Leadership and Soul Level Intuitive Coaching®

I have always had the desire to lead. I have to say it comes naturally to me. (and even that is hard to say out loud (!) but I’ll save that for another post).

I used to lead neighborhood kids on 30-block journeys to the local library so we all had new books to read in our forest forts. Forts, btw, that I led the building of! But in my adult career, for decades, I would suppress my innate leadership ability in ways I didn’t realize. Because of my Negative Beliefs and Work Arounds - I was holding myself back. I wasn’t getting the promotions that would put me in the ultimate leadership role time and time again. And I couldn’t figure out why as my performance reviews were always really good.

And then I discovered Soul Level Intuitive Coaching®. Going through the process and ultimately earning my certification, I finally see the Negative Beliefs I was holding onto (not-worthy) and what Work Arounds I needed to release. Now, I chair a Board of Directors for a non-profit that is near and dear to my heart. And it feels amazing! I know I’m a better leader because of the process I went through so I wouldn’t change a thing that brought me here.

And the most awesome thing? I can see more leadership opportunities for me that are right around the bend and I’m way more confident to grab them.
