A Gentle Practice for Pet Loss Grief
I’m teaming up with Keri Kenney again for another Grief. Ground. Gratitude session where we create a circle to honor our Pet Loss Grief. In preparation for the upcoming event, Keri shared a simple seated practice you can do when moving through a wave of memories. The movement and breathing exercise takes less than 5 minutes and is designed to be helpful and supportive.
